Tree Service Agreements

The arboriculture of ornamental and shaded trees is carried out by Acme Tree Service certified arborists. Acme Tree Service is fully insured and all workers are insured by work allowance, property damage, public liability and comprehensive corporate insurance. The client ensures that all trees, plant materials and land on which the work is to be carried out belong to him or that the work authorization has been obtained from the owner. Acme Tree Service, Inc. must be kept free of all claims arising from the Customer`s non-issuance of such authorization. Removing or cutting larger ones on a large landscaped tree is not an easy task, which is why most homeowners hire a professional tree service for such jobs. You must have a detailed contract that requires the work to be done, the terms of payment and all liability issues, including insurance coverage. Licenses/licences: Martin Tree Service is responsible for the insurance, licensing and/or obligations required to perform certain work under this contract, in order to comply with all applicable local national and federal codes, rules and regulations. The customer/owner is responsible for obtaining and paying the necessary authorizations and authorizations from local HOAs and other administrative units (cities and municipalities). In many cases, local cities require permission to perform work that requires on-street parking while they are doing work for a local resident.

5. Minimum visitation fee: Very good tree service charges at least $250 for arboriculation work. Although the proposal indicates smaller amounts, it is not possible to select them individually. 12.
